All services are provided on a cycle based on your billing period. If you sign up monthly, then the minimum period is a month. You can cancel at any time via the control panel. There are no other contracts or lock ins. We don’t refund for unused part billing-cycle periods. To cancel any service, you can choose the "Cancel Service" link on the drop down menu in the Service List view, or click Request Cancellation button on the Billing Tab for resource pools. IMPORTANT: Until you click the request cancel link and complete a reason and ensure the account is up to date, your cancellation request can not be processed. Removing your servers or not paying your due invoices is not considered cancellation and invoices will continue to acrue.
