Almost all of the Microsoft templates require at least 25GB of Disk space (and a recommended 1GB of RAM), for Windows Server 2012 at least 50GB of Disk space is required. Trying to build a WIndows server on the 512MB Cloud machine, or on less resources will likely result in failure.
