The root/Administrator-password is not working

Please try accessing your server via SSH with the use of an SSH-key (create or upload it directly from the control panel) or try logging in using the following OS-specific username:

Ubuntu Linux:
Login using the username "ubuntu" and the password you see in the control panel. You can gain "root" rights using "sudo " or set a root password using "sudo passwd".

CentOS Linux:
Login using the username "centos" and the password you see in the control panel. You can gain "root" rights using "sudo " or set a root password using "sudo passwd".

Debian Linux:
Login using the username "debian" and the password you see in the control panel. You can gain "root" rights using "sudo " or set a root password using "sudo passwd".

Windows Servers:
Login using "Administrator" as the password. If it does not work, please re-try within 30 seconds; if that also does not work please try rebooting the server from the control and retry the login procedure after the server has rebooted.
