Live root-disk resizing now available via API also

We have updated our Cloud API to allow for live root-disk resizing via API also. Simply use the resizeVolume API specifing only the disk ID and the size-parameter (it is not possible to change the disk-offering for the root-disk, but you can migrate to another primary storage if needed).
